About Suite133

Suite133 is an office for independent professionals, companies, and people needing a desk. It is a place to find a comfortable seat, a closed door conference room, white boards, internet, and the company of other people doing work. Since the launch of Suite133 in 2007 a lot of companies have called the office home. There have been freelance web designers, global political consultants, non-profit agencies, marketing companies, software developers, tax advisors, and writers. Seasonal View LLC grew and took over ownership of the space in 2009.

THE BRADLEY BLOCK

The office is located in the Bradley Block at 703 Pacific Avenue in downtown Tacoma. The building was built in 1891 and the office was remodeled in 1964 by prominent Tacoma architect Alan Liddle to be his company's office. What was a Victorian hotel floor with small rooms and bathrooms lining a single hallway, was transformed into a wide open loft space with twelve foot windows and vintage mid-century wood amazingness on nearly every surface. That work won an award for excellence in architecture from the AIA in 1968. Aside from a change in lighting from the 1960s pendant lights, the space is relatively unchanged since that remodel.

EATING, DRINKING AND ENTERTAINING

Suite133 is situated in the midst of downtown Tacoma's best dining and bar scene with a plethora of options with a few blocks of the front door. Matador, Pho at 701, Meconi's, Stink, The Office, Paddy Coynes, and many more restaurants are just minutes away.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION

Parking, while plentiful, is on-street paid parking with paid lots available nearby. The Theater District LINK Lightrail station is just one block up the hill and the Commerce Street bus station is about two blocks away.

Suite133 was voted Best Office by the readers of South Sound Magazine in 2010.
